What We Do

As I see it, the mission is simply this: loving other human beings – wherever in the world I am – and letting them know that there is a God who loves them unconditionally, now, as they are.” – Mother Cabrini

Whether we are Missionary Sisters or laity in our MSC sponsored institutions, our actions flow from values found in the life and teaching of Jesus. We strive to respond to others with compassion and to serve with excellence.

LOGO 125Bearers of Christ’s love in the World

This sense of mission embraces the personal conviction that our service – in education, healthcare, eldercare, social work, spiritual ministries, outreach to women, children, frail elders and immigrants – is the continuance of Jesus’ own mission of bringing God’s love to the world.

Each of us aspires to this kind of gospel-motivated response to need. Compassion, respect for the dignity of persons and excellence characterize every ministry we offer through Cabrinian institutions and activities worldwide. We strive to live the gospel values, which we learn from the life of Frances Cabrini.
