Welcome from the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of the Guadalupe Province: Bearers of Christ’s love in the World

The Institute of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is an international missionary congregation of women religious present on six continents and in sixteen countries of the world.  The Guadalupe Province encompasses ministries in Australia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and the United States. In all the countries where we serve, we work in partnership with lay women and men. This has always been the hallmark of who we are as MSCs. Read more about us.

What we need is to love without getting tired. How does a lamp burn? Through the continuous input of small drops of oil. What are these drops of oil? They are the small things of daily life: faithfulness, small words of kindness, a thought for others, our way of being silent, of looking, of speaking and of acting. Do not look for Jesus away from yourselves. He is not out there; he is among you.
~ Mother Teresa
