During the weekend of June 18 – 20, 2010, fourteen MSCs, Cabrini Lay Missionaries and Sandra Fox O’Hara of the Province Formation Office participated in the biannual conference of the Sacred Heart Communities in Collaboration – “Hearts on Fire: New Beginnings, New Challenges.”

Three speakers: Rev. James Kubicki, SJ, Sr. Angela Ann Zukowski, MHSH, and Rev. Mark McDonald, MSC led us through a series of talks which focused on our covenant relationship with Jesus and how that relationship calls us into deeper communion with one another for the transformation of the world. All the speakers invited the participants to re-imagine how we understand reparation and to focus the conversation in terms of God’s unconditional love for every person and God’s desire for us to continue to be missionaries of this healing love in our time.
