Mother Cabrini’s mission to serve those in need, Cabrini High School proudly joined other local Catholic high schools in the New Orleans area to raise funds for the Tulane Cancer Center’s Patient Relief Fund through a time-honored volleyball tradition known as The Pink Games.
Recently, Cabrini volleyball team members participated in a check presentation at Tulane University’s Yulman Stadium, where it was announced that this year’s Pink Games efforts raised $34,000 for cancer patient relief. The Patient Relief Fund helps patients cover everyday expenses, allowing them to focus on their treatment without additional financial stress.
The Pink Games have become a cherished tradition at Cabrini each October, bringing together our Crescent community in a powerful display of team spirit and generosity. From pink jerseys and volleyballs on the court to pink spirit shirts and pom-poms in the stands, the energy and enthusiasm behind this initiative continue to grow each year.
Cabrini is honored to be part of this mission, carrying forward Mother Cabrini’s legacy of care and compassion and making a lasting difference in the world.
