This past July I found myself once again packing my bags and getting ready to relocate. This time I would be returning to a place that was very familiar. I had been missioned to Cabrini College, and I was delighted to be returning to a place that held many happy memories for me. I was excited to be joining the Campus Ministry Staff where I would be working with Fr. Michael Bielecki, OSA and Christa Angeloni.
In my position as Campus Ministry Associate, I assist with student retreats, faith sharing groups, and I enjoy getting to know the staff members in various campus departments. I am presently serving in an advisory capacity on the Mission Identity Committee of the Board of Trustees, on the campus Task Force on Mission Identity, and on the Catholic Relief Services Committee. Our office is located in the Wolfington Center, a place that is dedicated to our Catholic identity on campus, where students can come for spiritual guidance, friendship, and service opportunities.
There is something very special about working with college students that helps to keep one young at heart. As a Missionary Sister of the Sacred Heart, I am very grateful that that I have been given this privilege.
