The Cabrini Eldercare Consortium is an incorporated association of four eldercare ministries in New York City and Westchester County, New York. Cabrini Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, St. Cabrini Nursing Home (Cabrini of Westchester), Cabrini Care at Home and Cabrini Apartments comprise the Consortium, which was formed to ensure unity of leadership and shared vision among them.
