Cabrini Apartments, a member of the Cabrini Eldercare Consortium, provides 70 one-bedroom apartments, for the low income elderly and mobility impaired elderly (62 years of age and older).

Located in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park area, each apartment features fully equipped kitchenettes, separate living rooms and bedrooms, emergency pull cords, and bathrooms with handrails and step-in showers. Also for the residents’ enjoyment, there is a sun roof, patio garden, community room and internet-equipped library. On-site services include a social worker to help residents access benefits and community resources, recreational and social activities, security personnel, as well as maintenance staff to assist with apartment repairs.

Eligibility is determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations. Currently, the waiting list is closed. Please check here in the future for updates.
